Our special needs room is fully wheelchair friendly, has extra supports in the bathroom, a lowered washbasin, a wheelchair accessible shower.

Please note that these rooms are designed with the idea that an attendant/partner and/or carer will be present at all times during your stay.

Via the smart TV and free hi-speed Wifi you can quickly answer some emails or prepare for your next meeting, before enjoying a refreshing night's sleep in our spacious Kingsize beds. The height of the bed is about +/- 60 cm.

In the luxurious bathroom you can enjoy a rain shower and various toiletries are waiting for you. Would you like to have a shower chair or support bars? If so, please contact the reception desk.

GO FOREST - Skip your room cleaning & plant a tree!

At Hotel Gent, you can choose to skip your room cleaning and plant a tree in exchange. We cooperate with Go Forest, an organisation whose mission is to fight deforestation by planting trees in developing areas. If you choose to skip your cleaning, we will plant a tree in Madagascar in collaboration with Go Forest. As a guest, you can make a difference!

The entire hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in this hotel. If you smoke in your hotel room we are forced to immediately charge extra costs (€250,-).
